Orders will be received by the shipping company next working day of being placed
Orders inside Cairo will be delivered within 48 hours ( working days only) from placing it for some places , the rest of the places will be delivered within 48 hours to 72 and the delivery company will contact you before delivery
Orders outside Cairo will be shipped next day of placing the order and it will be delivered within 4 working days only (some of the villages and some of the places may take more than 4 working days)

Yes , it’s possible
But it’s not possible at all for “underwear and swim suits” can’t be returned or replaced for the safety and hygiene issues
If you can’t decide and define your size kindly do not order “underwear or swimsuit”.

On receiving you can open your order and check it before the delivery guy leaves and if there is any item you don’t want to receive you have to give it back to the delivery guy before leaving he will cut its price from the order’s total amount and in case of you don’t want to receive the whole order you have to give it to the delivery guy before leaving and you will pay the delivery fees only ((once you received the order and the delivery guy left you won’t be able to return or replace any item.))
Customer who will misuse this service by making orders with many items and then choosing only one item after repetition will have to stop receiving more orders from him/her.
The Client have to take at least 60% from the total number of items or pieces he has ordered, or we will not be able to confirm or ship any other order for the same client .

Cash on delivery.

First you have to use clothing scale (cm) as every piece scales differs than the other one.
To clarify more if you are wearing size small for piece x this doesn’t mean that size small from piece y will fit you. Then you have to check the scales for each size to pick your suitable size.
Most of the clothes posted we are putting the style sizes (scales) to be easier for you to compare the length and the size.
Important note (the color may little bit vary on real than the posted photo due to the light effects and the photographing)

الاوردر خارج القاهره بيتشحن تاني يوم عمل بيوصل في خلال ٤ أيام عمل عمل بعد شحن الأوردر
بعض القري والمناطق في المحافظات ممكن يوصل بعد ٤ أيام

أول حاجة لابد من استخدام مازورة قياس
كل قطعة من الملابس ليها قياسات مختلفة عن التانية
بمعني ان مش شرط عشان بلبس سمول من حاجه إن الحاجه التانيه مقاسي سمول مهم تبصي علي مقاسات كل قياس وتقارني مقاسك عشان تختاري المقاس المظبوط ليكي .
أغلب الملابس مكتوب مقاس الموديل اللي عارضة اللبس في الصورة عشان يكون سهل المقارنة بين الأطوال والمقاسات .
ملحوظة هامة ( اللون ممكن يختلف قليلاً في الحقيقة نظراً لعوامل الإضاءه في التصوير )

نعم يمكن إسترجاع الملابس, لا يمكن ارجاع الملابس الداخلية, ملابس البحر لو مش قادرة تحددي مقاسك بنستأذنك متطلبيش مايوهات ولا ملابس داخلية.

تقدري وقت إستلام الاوردر تفتحي والدليفري واقف تتأكدي من الأوردر واللبس اللي مش عايزة تستلميه مش بتستلميه في لحظتها والمندوب بيخصملك سعر المنتج لو مش هتستلمي الأوردر كله هتدفعي الشحن بعد إستلامك للأوردر لا يوجد إستبدال ولا إسترجاع
العميل اللي بيسئ إستخدام هذه الخدمة ويطلب منتجات كتير وهو عارف انه مش هيستلم الا قطعه واحده بعد تكرار هذا الموقف أكثر من مره لن يتم شحن أوردرات ليه مره أخري .
بمعني ان العميل علي الأقل يستلم ٦٠٪؜ من عدد القطع في الأوردر أو مبنقدرش نشحن للعميل مرة أخري .

بتضغطي علي المنتج وبعدها بتضغطي علي زر ADD TO CART‬
بعدها بيظهر أعلي الصفحة VIEW CART ‬‎‬ بتضغطي عليها في حالة إنهاء إضافة المنتجات
بيظهر صفحة فيها طلبك بتدوسي علي PROCEED TO CHECK OUT‬‬
بتظهرلك صفحة لملء بيانات الشحن
الاسم والتليفون و المحافظة
ثم إختيار المنطقة أو نوع الشحن شحن لباب البيت أو إستلام من مكتب الشحن أرامكس
ثم إضافة التليفون والبريد الإلكتروني
رجاء التأكد من صحة البيانات وكتابة العنوان كامل باللغة العربية
ثم الضغط علي I have read and agree to the website terms & conditions  ويرجي قراءتها قبل طلب الأوردر
ثم الضغط علي ‪PLACE ORDER‬
